this is a rating for rude and unreasonable receptionist.
6/1/22 . 10:45 am , i called a clinic to make an appt, she ask if i assigned this clinic as my primary provider, i said yes i did, on enrollment form, since this clinic is closet to where i live, then i made an appt for june 7, tuesday at 9:40 am, and i asked her to check my insurance ID number just to make sure the clinic accept my dental plan.
the receptionist bluntly say,......
"NO" I WILL NOT , i will check your insurance information when you are here at the clinic on tuesday. ........
i dont even know what to say back, speechless for a few seconds,
what if i go there on tuesday and they dont accept my plan,
what if i asked my employer for half day off for dentist appointment and know that they dont accept my plan only after i get there ,
what if......
at the end, i immediately accessed my dental plan online, changed my primary provider to another dentist and scheduled an appointment right away.
Dr aung lost a customer today because of the rude and unreasonable receptionist.
