We had a major flood on our second floor that affected the majority of my home. We found 911 Restoration of Bakersfield due to their high rating. From the moment they came to our aid at 2 am til they completed the repairs, 911 Restoration has been awesome. Not only did they know what they were doing, but they also assisted me in dealing with my insurance. Chastity, the office manager, helped us through the whole process.

911 Restoration is the best of the best. Obviously no restoration job is without stress, but the open communication from the company was beyond helpful. They went above and beyond helping my family communicate with our insurance. They were extremely patient with us as we worked with them on redesigning/rebuilding essentially half of our house. It honestly felt like they enjoyed working with us and it never felt like we were burdening them with questions. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for them. They were respectful of my home and my time and I am amazed at the results. Thanks a million to the whole team!

I highly recommend 911 Restoration this company offers experience tech's on water damage, mold, removal. They give the costumer a detail explanation on inquiries an needs offering solutions. Plus they don't leave a mess at your home, clean service.
