The psychiatrist was on the phone with me for only 1 minute and 40 seconds. Less than two minutes. I have a screenshot on my phone proving this. Dr. Ravi Goklaney asked me only one question about my mental health. At least he refilled my prescription, but if I was a patient in a worse mental or emotional state of mind, this doctor would have been negligent and useless in providing actual care. Absolutely an overall bad experience, Dr. Goklaney did not seem attentive or caring in any capacity.
