        Friendly staff however, the car I purchased hasnt been pleasant to drive. I purchased an Atlas sport and the breaks are so loud they grind and squeak every time I slow down. This started the month we purchased it in 2022 and isnt able to be fixed unless I purchase off brand breaks. Its been a couple years now and we regret this purchase. Hearing the breaks grind and squeak makes me feel unsafe in my car. If I had known this prior to purchasing the vehicle then I would have chosen another car. Please do your research before purchasing a VW Atlas Sport.

        Lily my advisor was great and took care of me and did great communicating with me. Service department has my car still after having to return it and due to the issue occurring again.. its been 4 days. Lily was kind to get me in a loaner car but Im not sure why service department cant figure out what is causing my car issues after $1700 already being paid. They had promised if I paid those services my issues would be resolved. It hasnt. They are pretty backed up.. maybe shouldnt take so many cars in if they cant keep up. Again Lily was FANTASTIC AND DESERVES 5 STARS.

        As retired seniors in our travels from Sequoia national park, our 2023 Atlas ended up with a flat tire 18 miles north of Bakersfield. We contacted the VW dealership and spoke with Tiffany. She was so helpful, and so friendly, working hard to accommodate a tire repair into the end of their day. We arrived with our spare tire on and met many other friendly staff going out of their way to lessen the stress of this situation. Our punctured tire was soon fixed and we were on our way. Thank you so much. We really appreciate your kindness to us.

        It was a 3 day fix and it turn to a almost 2 weeks. Kept calling and no one will answer me back...had to go in person and my truck was just sitting there with out nothing being done.
