        I pass by it from time to time because I live down the street but I've heard good things. One of my neighbors bought an SUV from CarMax not too long ago and he seems pretty satisfied about it

        I purchased a car from CarMax 6 months ago and I am already out over $1,000 dollars in repairs. This makes me think CarMax does not do a throughout inspection of cars they sell. I tried bringing my car into CarMax but they said they were overbooked and directed me to another repair shop. The second repair shop accepts MaxCare, but MaxCare does not cover the price parts are sold at by the dealership, only the MSRP price. The insurance company partnered with CarMax doesn't care. I tried to speak to a supervisor and they wouldn't even offer me that voice to voice to share my frustration.
