SAIA messed up when they tendered my shipment to a Partner Freight Company down in Riverside, Ca. Since All Freight Trucking (KFTI) got their hands on my TVs, nobody had heard from them in nearly 3 weeks. Then I asked SAIA to look into it and they told me they would be delivered on a Friday. Well, no delivery. Then on Monday, now officially 3 weeks since my shipment had been picked up from the supplier, I was told by SAIA that they would be calling me soon to make an appointment (if they hadnt already). Well, they hadnt and at the end of the day on Monday, they still hadnt. I decided I didnt want a Company that treats its Customers with so little value to be responsible for safely delivering my very expensive flat panel TVs, which are vulnerable to improper handling. So, I cancelled my order/delivery and picked them up THE SAME DAY from best buy myself after placing a new order. SAIA has their 2.9 rating while All Freight who they sub out too has a 2 rating and awful reviews. Never again. Pay a little more and buy from somewhere that uses good quality shipping.
