I had the craziest uneventful event thanks to freak car troubles that left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. Thanks to Diamond Club tow I got rescued by the only people willing to make the journey! I did have to bite the bullet for costs, but it was by far the most enjoyable driver Ive ever had including Uber. Jokes aside, the service and people helping me out made an otherwise horrible situation really great! And yes I made it back safe and sound! Service: Car towing

Vehicle break down. It was frustrating to be stranded off the 99 at 8am in the hot sun outside Bakersfield area with my son and grandchildren. Hugo and AAA Diamond Club Towing to the rescue!! It was a long ride home to Ontario, but Hugo got us home safely Thank you!! Service: Car towing

Worst towing service in this town. 250 dollar charge for a 2 mile drive. I have an older classic car that was a driver, it was registered, it was insured, and the brakes went out recently. My roommate has AAA and they state in their services that you can get a tow if the registered AAA member is with you. I needed my classic car towed to a mechanic 2 miles away. AAA said over the phone that yes they can do it. The tow driver comes and gets out of his truck and says that he isnt allowed to tow this. Its a project car. It was literally a driving vehicle prior to the brakes going out, and I needed it towed to a mechanic who needed it by 1pm. This driver shows up at 12 noon and lays this news on me. Stated that he can tow it for 250. I had no other choice because I wasnt going to wait for another truck and not make it on time. After all this was said and done, I gave AAA a call and asked why I was charged this amount when it isnt a project car. Its a working classic car thats brakes gone out. They stated that since it was in the garage and not driven daily, it constituted it as a project vehicle. And the tow driver charged his amount and that wasnt something left for AAA to decide. I wish this company was not the one that was contacted to come pick up my car. A rude driver, rude to my friend who was trying to help, and a ridiculous charge for 250 for TWO MILES.
