Freedom Fiberglass

Some background: I worked on your pool originally in 2019, this review is in 2023, also some of the pictures shown are things that I have already fixed, for free, even though he voided the warranty.Short Version of what happened: You complained about minor imperfections (refer to below section) in the floor which most pools have, i agreed to fix it even though it was unnecessary, when i went to do the repair you claimed there was problems everywhere on the surface, not just the ones we discussed before and burst into a fit of rage. You were yelling at me , and even acted like you could get physical. then you were going on rants about how you are going to get your lawyer and how you don't trust my work and that its all wrong. So you got another pool professional to inspect my work to make sure it was acceptable, and it was. To get you off my back and avoid legal blackmale that you made clear you wanted to pursue i went ahead and resprayed your pool anyway, even though there was nothing wrong with it, you wanted it be different then any pool i have ever done, and basically told me how to do my job. During the process of all this the pool sat empty too long,(because you needed others to check my work, and bullied me into doing much more than agreed upon) which voids the warranty because it can compromise the surface, I did do more repairs even though it was no longer under warranty and he damaged it, but he continued to have a bad attitude about everything and would make rude comments, so I'm not going to work for free anymore on something he damaged.More context about his complaints if anyone is interested:I'm more than happy to perform repairs on pools I have worked on, and am able to prove it with customers on my reference list that I give to everyone I give estimates to, however, i never had anyone like this customer treat me so poorly and try to intimidate me, nor had have ever had someone so paranoid they had to get other people to verify my work was acceptable after completion, in this case i did thousands of dollars in repairs to his pool, even though they were not necessary, and/or had a voided warranty.In regards to you claiming i was not doing the work:Fiberglassing pools is actually a very rare profession, you can't find people who do this type of work, you also need to be highly skilled at using a fiberglass spraying machine (FRP Proportioner), it would be impossible for people i hire to do it, and if someone possessed such a skill set, they would already have their own business. Im highly involved in all the work at the job site. I do leave job sites sometimes to do estimates, or to take my son to Physical Therapy/Occupation Therapy/Speech Therapy sessions if i can't get a family member to help out. If i'm gone longer than a few hours, i always let the customer know, Anything that requires special skills, or is something that is hard to fix if done wrong, i do it myselfIn regards to inconsistencies with the pool surface:Due to gravity, the walls and the floors have different steps during the application process, it takes a lot longer to spray walls, and seal them various times due to it wanted to droop/fall, so you have to do thinner layers, but more of them, the floor it doesn't have the gravity issue so much, so you can do much thicker layers, and it just sets different due to this different conditions, there is no way to get the exact same spray pattern everywhere. However i have never had a customer complain about this, this customers pool is identical to all the other pools i ever done.Minor floor imperfections:Please take note all pools, even new construction pools have some imperfections in the shaping of the floor, but those pools are plaster, plaster has a dull finish, and are applied with Trowels, there is no way to get them perfect. This customers pool had significant damage to the floor, which we repaired, however fiberglass is glossy, which can small indention easier to see
