This place was great I got a lash lift and it turned out beautiful shout out to the amazing person who did my lashes I'm so sorry I forgot your name(it was like a month ago y'all I forgot to write a review )but she had like pink hair y'all definitely ask her to do your stuff.

Jen is amazing! She does great work and always takes great care of me. She's really friendly and outgoing and makes you feel comfortable. I won't go anywhere else.

Let me start off by saying that I do have a regular eyebrow waxing place that I go to already. (Parlor wax) However, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays, And because of my husband's rotating work schedule, my only open slot for getting my eyebrows waxed was on a Monday, so I had to find a temporary substitute.I first called another place (sweet cheeks waxing I believe) And I guess they are not waxing eyebrows At the moment from what I was told???So weird... So I come across lash me wax me, Great reviews on Yelp overall, minus a couple, Even great reviews on Google too!So I just went with it. First time visits for me are always a little nerve-wracking because if they wax too much off you just stuck with it until it grows back lol. So I called and scheduled my appointment with Jennifer, She sounded and seemed like a very nice lady. And I appreciated that she asked me what time would work for me, versus them telling you what time slots they have open. ...  Place was easy to find, the building itself is a bunch of Lil old business suits put together, looked like old doctors offices, and most of the suits looked abandoned lol. Walked in the front door, to a little waiting room area, with a little front desk, no one came out to greet me. There was another lady in the waiting room on the phone talking so loudly lol. I patiently sat there for about 10 minutes, Saw a couple different people walking out from the back.Finally Jennifer appears, she tells the lady already waiting that she's going to do me first, that all she had to do was my eyebrows.So she asked me to follow her, and we walked down a long hallway with lots of rooms, finally get to the back room, her setup was pretty nice, and I felt very comfortable.I mentioned to her how long my eyebrows got, and how I needed them trimmed with scissors and obviously cleaned up with wax. LolShe was a very nice and easy lady to talk to, conversation flowed organically, So it was not at all awkward. But the reason why I gave her theee stars was because she didn't do much.I heard and felt when she took the scissors out, but it was like she only had them out for literally two snips. And when she was using the wax, she did get some in my hair and I felt her trying to get it out, but she didn't even say anything about it!! Lol. And when I got to the car to get a closer look of her work, I noticed that one eyebrow was much fatter in width than the other, Like she didn't shape my eyebrows evenly. Nothing that I can't go back to my regular salon and have them touch up because it's not like she took too much hair off, she just didn't take enough off. Lol. But still the point is now I'm going to have to pay again to get them done again.They charge $15 for eyebrow waxing, which is very fair but in this case I felt like I gave her $20 (15 + tip) To lay on her table for nothing. HahaSuper grateful though that she didn't butcher my eyebrows!! I rather have not enough taken off versus having too much taken off!! And who knows maybe she's really good with eyelashes! (99% of her reviews are mainly on her lash skills) so I'm not trying to discredit her business in any way I'm just speaking from my experience with the waxing of eyebrows. Wasn't the worst experience, just wasn't the best either IMO.

I have been going to Jennifer for a while now. Not only does she do my lashes She does my mom and my sister's as well.  The fills for lashes are very very affordable compared to other salons in the area. The quality of the lashes are very good. I can go three weeks without getting them filled. I absolutely love having conversations with her. She's super friendly, kind and understanding. I definitely felt welcomed when I first started going. I definitely recommend getting serviced here. Great customer service and overall just a really cute salon.
