Ive been trying since 2018 to get PtB and nobody will help me. They say theyll call back but they dont! They make promises they dont keep. I keep meticulous records and they say they have no records! It shouldnt take 6 years to get coverage Im entitled to! Im very ill and cannot see Dr.s for proper treatment! Im afraid Im going to die before I finally get Part B! This is ridiculous!

I requested a new card and they misspelled my name. I thought it was a typo so I called to let them know they made a mistake, but I was told thats actually the correct spelling of my name. I explained to them my birth certificate, my passport, my ID, my drivers license, even my old Social Security card, EVERYTHING shows my name is not spelled that way. And they told me the most ridiculous thing: they said thats my legal name and I have to go to court if I want to change it. My name is obviously the one shown on my birth certificate and all my other legal documents. I got so frustrated because I couldnt make them understand how absurd their suggestion was, so I decided to hang up and call again in hopes that another employee would help me. Thankfully, my second call was answered by a competent person who acknowledged the fact that my name was misspelled and then corrected it.
