        This place is very unprofessional trumpedup charges for ridiculous amounts ..un believable went thru a program and they still tried charging 400 more on top of the 500 they cover just trying to get money ... And said my vehicle would be there 2 days it started over a week . Thinking they can just tell me anything cause I'm a woman the nerve of these men there I grew up in a family of mechanics .try it somewhere else

      I am sorry that you had such a bad experience, that is not what we strife for. Maybe next time wait until your vehicle is done and things would have worked out better for you. Your voucher is actually worth 850.00 so your out of pocket would have been minimal. These days parts are so expensive and your vehicle (being 16yo) needed a-lot of parts, so we made the decision to return your vehicle to you the way you brought it in and this will allow you to go to another shop of your choice or have one of the mechanics in your family to do the work for free. Good Luck
