My washing machine quit on me, it was the lid lock that went out. Mike came out and took a look at it and considered the age and condition then quoted a price for repairs. Then he explained it would be better for me to replace it and why. So professional, friendly and he explained everything perfectly.Many places would have just repaired it and taken my money knowing it wouldn't make it another year. That's the type of honesty and integrity I look for in businesses. I highly recommend Quality Appliance for any of your appliances needs.

MIKE WAS PROMPT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE PROBLEM OF MY REFRIGERATOR. HAD THE PARTS IN HIS VAN AND REPAIRED IT IN AN HOUR. VERY PLEASED.

Mike came to repair our fridge that was not cooling, had frost in the back & pools of water at the bottom. It was a mess & Mike knew exactly what to do to fix it. He was organized & on time & got right down to work. The guy is exceptional in what he does. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled & has years of experience. Absolutely fantastic start to finish! Friendly, fast response by Toni to my request for an estimate. Work scheduled within 2 days of the initial call and the technician, Mike, was professional, polite and extremely qualified to fix my clothes washer perfectly. Would highly recommend for any appliance repair(s) needed!!
