WSS

Update4/8/24 so I went back in the morning after going to the WSS on Chester to purchase another pair of shoes customer service was excellent there so I came back to the Panama location and the assistant manager I believe his name is Victor helped me out and I mention the experience from the day before and he gave me back the difference from the backpack and apologized, well now if I go back I know Ill be going back in the mornings and the stars for this location went from 1 to 4 cuz victor cares about customers \\\\4/07/24 So I have never been a fan of this place because of the past experience with horrible customer service, but my daughter insisted to go here. They have lots specials.The employees answer our questions and we got our items, was originally hoping just to spend 100 but you know kids. So we get to the counter and as we are paying I noticed that he charged me 70 for a backpack and I told him the backpack had a price tag of 65 and the employee responded to that was a mistake but its 70 and I said well can I get it for 65 cuz thats the price it has and thats false advertising and he said no, and we cant do anything about that, I said thats fine youre just doing your job but Im gonna have to report you guys to the BBB, he made his I dont care face and we finished the transaction. I dont like places that dont know how to do business they dont have the friendliest staff and they cant stand on the price they advertise, its a shame they are still in business and yes I understand its five dollars but from how many customers??/// Pictures posted//

Never come here because of the rude customer service, you ask a question and get yes or no he didn't even listen to my question and just scanned the item I asked about. Sad that WSS allows this
