Worse company to order from and work for!! They just throw packages around half to time packages are damaged and dirty. If your looking to work here dont expect to be paid on time and dont expect a lunch break either

I live on a military base. GLS attempted to deliver my package 5 times. They were stopped at the security gate and turned away. GLS shouldnt accept delivery jobs if theyre too lazy to accredit their drivers for the required security. No phone calls or emails, they just got themselves into a perpetual loop of not delivering and not searching for a way to solve the problem. Also, the customer service guy insisted on mispronouncing my name, even after I told him how to say it correctly.

They were hired by hello fresh to deliver my first shipment. I had a note on my mailbox stating to deliver it to the porch, I had a table set up on the porch with another note stating that this table was for my hello fresh box and the gate was wide open, I even kept the dog inside today. They never even stopped and claimed it was attempted but was being taken back to the depot. Liars, you're just lazy. I'm on hold with them now to see what else can be done because I had planned tonight's meal around this hello fresh delivery and paid a pretty penny for food that will either never be delivered or will be ruined by the time it gets here.
