Oak Manor saved the day (and my sanity). Thank you Bre for looking after my brother for the last few weeks. Many thanks to your staff as well. I was able to take a break from my caregiver roll and recharge my batteries. The home environment and genuine affection from all of you made it easy for me to trust you with his care. Thanks again!

When mom’s health required 24 hour assistance, Oak Manor Care Center was the first and ONLY choice for me. Immediately when I walked through the front doors, Oak Manor Care Center felt like home. It is a beautiful and clean property that was perfect as mom’s forever home. Brianna and her care team are warm and compassionate and show each resident an abundance of love and concern in their care. Caring for their residents is much than a job for them…it is their passion and it shows. Sadly, mom has passed away now, but there is no other place or no other people I would have wanted to share my mom’s final moments with than the team at Oak Manor Care Center. - Nita Brazzell

Hi, I'm sharing my experience with Oak Manor Care Center (OMCC) and the Administration. This is note is a shout out to them. My former spouse had fallen in and was hospitalized for a second time in August of 2018. After this very serious illness he was sent to recover in a local Rehabilitation Center. We learned from his physicians, that this illness had left him with severe health conditions that required round the clock care. We are a working-class family, with college attending adults in the home, and unfortunately, were unable to commit to his many medical and physical needs. So, I began the long, uncharted road to finding a committed, clean, compassionate and affordable site. After visiting many local Assisted Living sites, I decided to make an appointment for a meet and greet with Ms. Brianna Branch, Administrator at OMCC. This was due, in part, to David having briefly met her and being drawn to her loving, warm and down to earth personality. During our tour, I learned it was a very clean, tidy, fresh scented, well organized, six-bed facility, located in a quiet part of a Haggin Oaks neighborhood. We all agreed, he was a good fit for their facility, and he moved in the following month. His conditions required extreme care, constant monitoring and a strict dietary plan. OMCC staff worked round the clock to meet his daily needs, providing exceptional love, support, and encouragement to their residents and family members too. Regular visits and telephone calls to the facility were well received. Well documented medical doses, record keeping, inventory of medications, and transportation to and from medical appointments were not problematic. OMCC Staff were sure to have him ready, and properly dressed for Church Services on Sundays, when his health permitted. Ms. Branch and the OMCC facility staff will always bear a special place in my heart for the kind, loving, compassionate, and individual understanding that David received while in their care. He recovered from many of his health conditions, well enough, and decided to move to a local Independent Living setting, prior to his death. I'm very grateful to OMCC staff that worked to the best of the abilities, to restore his health, happiness, peace of mind, for the hugs, and letting our family celebrate his 74th birthday with you. Your ability to work closely to improve his conditions, and willingness to help in his (our) greatest time of need, has been such a tremendous blessing to us. P.S. A big "thank you," to Mr. Cooper for the heartfelt "Happy Birthday," song that he sang to David on his last birthday. It will not be forgotten. God Bless You, Freeze Family
