First time trying this place, and Im absolutely not impressed. I thought because its fresh to order and the presentation of it looks very appetizing, but boy was I fooled. The sandwich is very bland and tasteless. Thank goodness I didnt order the meal because I would been even more upset. Spent almost 30 dollars for just sandwiches which is ridiculous might I add, but worse part is that the price didnt meet the expectations for good a quality chicken sandwich. I will not be returning!

Best chicken in town hands down. Every time I go to the Plaza I eat here. It's in the food court so there's always a good table. All the sides are delicious as well. Also great to order and take home. Vegetarian options: I got the coleslaw as a side. They have several sides. Parking: Tons of parking space as it's a huge mall. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking is limited.

Horrible experience. Absolutely disgusting atmosphere and an even worse customer service experience. The employees and managers there are some of the worst people I have talked to and are the main cause why I will not be back. Only go here if you like to be treated horribly and get mediocre food.

Gave me the wrong order. Someone who later I found out was the manager, gave me attitude for telling them the mistake they made. He asked me multiple times if I asked for the correct thing with attitude. When he "fixed" my order, he only gave me a single piece of chicken when I had ordered a chicken and waffle. He didn't want to help me or correct my order, which he got wrong. I went to talk to the manager and found out the rude employee was the manager. I wanted to help him and tell him I didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me, he ignored me. Can't believe this company employs people like this. Can't believe they let employee talk to paying customers like. I liked their waffles, but I will never be back. Edit: Went back to talk to a different manager and ended up talking to the owner. I explained what had happened, and she gave me a refund. She was very professional. If the manager wasn't rude, I would have never told him anything or gone back the next day. I don't usually go talk to the managers, but with the disrespect I needed to tell him something, and he was rude afterwards too, this is what made me go back to talk to a different person. If he doesn't know how to talk to people, he shouldn't be working in a customer field. He gave me attitude from the very beginning, I asked him for forks and napkins, and it felt like he didn't want to give them out. Hopefully, this "manager" gets the proper training.
