By far the best primary doctor I have had she listens to all my concerns and issues. Sends me out for testing when needed doesnt rush through appointments. The front office staff are very friendly also havent had any issues been going here for a little over a year now. Definite recommend

My first NP was great til she died from writing herself prescriptions. My second NP was wonderful until she retired and nobody told me. I was given a substitute NP in the mean time. We didnt get along well. She wouldnt prescribe me any of my regular meds i had been taking, even an allergy pill. Office manager blamed her culture? What? So i took the 4th Nurse practitioner. I liked her, but apparently she didnt like me, so i was discharged. What? Thats confusing. i was with this facility for 12+ years. I stuck through all the transitions, failures, hiccups and unprofessional things bc i was being taken care of. But now, they just dont want me as a patient? Considering that now, 12 years later i see they have low review ratings. Yeah i agree and wouldnt go back if i had the option.

This doctor office is very unprofessional when it comes to answering a phone or justice getting the right information. Why does it take a hour to be on hold just to talking to the medical assistants. The Patients shouldnt be transferred to this person and then the next person because no one doesnt answer the phones in the back office. When someone gets redirected on the phone to a voicemail, nobody never calls back. I always see at least five nurses in the back sitting in front of the computers right next to the phones all the time and apparently not one of them can answer a phone call for something concerning. I have a family member thats been waiting for a response for a referral going on two months now and we havent got not one response nor phone back. This is ridiculous and very time we call were left on hold for a long time and when nobody doesnt answer the phone hangs up. If I dont get an answer by my review Im switching my family member out of this unorganized medical group. I dont understand how hard it is to get a referral out to a specialist, and why its taking long. I even called the insurance company to see if they got any San Joaquin valley pulmonary referral and they havent received anything from you guys. So whats the deal with the no response on the phones and the referrals. If the main doctor that runs this office is seeing this, please take care of this situations.
