Have been using their service for over 2 years now and our office loves it. They really take care of their customers. We work out in Lamont but when copy machine was having an issue (our fault) they were out here the same day servicing. Every employee we ever encountered has been very professional and helpful.

Alfred Valenzuela from Image 2000 was such a life saver. He helped our office figure out what the terms on our current copier service were all about and explained the per copy charges we were being charged. He gave us a proposal that allowed us to stay in our current lease with the other company (so no early termination fees) and lease a new copier through Image 2000 that will actually save us money on printing costs. He really cares about his customers and if the deal is right for their business. I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me on anything. His product, service and price savings led us to go with Image 2000 and we couldn't be happier.

Switched to Image 2000 after being with our previous company for years (even long before my time of employment at my current job). Alfred Valenzuela is truly a man of his word. He showed us how we have been paying way above what's necessary for years and years and how we could bring all of our currently owned equipment to Image 2000 and they would service it. We also ended up buying a new piece of equipment from them shortly after switching. They charge us a slightly higher per page cost for our old equipment but it's more than reasonable and truth is, I don't blame them because the equipment in question has been very poorly maintained by our previous service provider. They didn't provide "maintenance" but rather they simply fixed something if it broke. We had equipment well outside the manufacturer suggested limits for maintenance kits and bad fusers floating around. Because these items were supposed to be covered under our previous maintenance agreement it seems as though our previous provider only did enough to get by and cut corners wherever they could. I always had to make sure that our previous provider wasn't selling us used or discontinued equipment. The process of checking and double-checking everything they suggested became tiresome. When I finally presented my proposal of changing companies and presented the numbers on how much we would save we simply switched as we weren't under any lease or bound to any contract. I can honestly say that I haven't looked back since and my life is just a little bit easier knowing that if I ever need suggestion or to purchase something from Alfred and Image 2000 I can trust them at their word. I would say it sucks that we've been overpaying and being shafted for so long but I can't regret that which I'm wiser for. Thank you to all the folks at Image 2000 here in Bakersfield for all you do.
