America's Best Plumbing

Had a water line installed for my refrigerator, came home to a huge hole in my wall behind the fridge. They never patched it. Left drywall on the floor and water was sprayed in my kitchen. My countertops were wet and the carpet near the kitchen was wet. They used a entire paper towel roll to clean the mess in the kitchen. Went into my bathroom to find my personal bath towels were drenched in water and left in the bathtub. To top it off my bathroom sink stopped working. If could give no stars I would. I paid $1,000 just for them to send someone out again to fix the job they previously messed up.

Had a plumbing issue 2 days before Christmas and Americas best was able to come right away! And gave the best reference for a septic company. We always use Americas best! Fast and reliable.

I had America come to my aid more than once so here I thought I finally found a good plumber. I even have the magnet on my fridge to call if needed. But I needed new pipes above the house. He fixed the pipes. But with two issues he switched the water vice verse that led the outside water hot and did not connect the water line to my fridge. He did come back and fixed the water valve. But for the fridge line. I got one excuse after another. Still no water to the fridge. And I paid a huge amount now I have to get another plumber to connect the fridge line. One silly excuse I got was my truck shift wont work . This company isNo man of his Word . All customers want is a good honest plumber.

The shop I work at called these guys out on 2 occasions for a leaking pipe and a clogged toilet. Both times they left a flooded(sewage water)floor and left the mess for us to clean up and never fixed the issue. Would never recommend.

I used America's best in 2021 for an emergency after hours water heater replacement. Tech got here pretty quick so that's why I put two stars. I paid the after hours cost which was a little over $2,600. Steep, but not really complaining about the cost. My complaint is that the other day I noticed leaking and corrosion on both the cold water in and hot water out lines. I called them up and talked to Russell who asked for pictures. Waited about 4 hours and no call back. I had to call back and he informed me that it was going to cost $150 to come out and repair. I've never seen corrosion and leaking that quick on lines before. Russell even admitted that the guy used material they normally don't because it was a late job. I understand that the warranty of 1 year expired but you'd think that since he mickey moused it the first time they'd want to make it right because of the high cost I spent. Nope, needless to say I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. Work and customer service is poor
