Never NEVER answers the phone. Ive called them four times and have yet to get someone. They havent even called me back! Horrible service.

Was seen a year ago without issue and even got glasses here at the office. Ive been trying to schedule an appointment and get someone on the phone for the past two months and NOTHING. I call throughout the day and no one picks up, I leave a voicemail and no one calls back, and this is me just trying to schedule an appointment. I cant imagine the struggle current patients go through trying to contact the office for major issues. They now offer primary care services and I cant help but laugh because who would attend an office they cant even get ahold of. Absolutely ridiculous.

HORRIBLE customer service! Can't get anyone from multiple departments to answer the phone and when you do get an appointment they will cancel without notifying you of the appointment even though they book months in advance

Most of the times I have been there have been pleasant but only three times I left discontented. First being on a visit, prior to it I was told my eyes werent going to get dilated so I went without driver. Short time in, they put drops in and then told me it was to dilate eyes. Thankfully I dont live too far nor encountered heavy traffic. Second time was my prescription paperwork was one day short of the two year validation, I went to repair my glasses but they wouldnt do it. Most recent was my appointment to get my prescription re-valided but couple of days before, they called me to tell me the technician was going on parental leave and they would call me back to reschedule. Its been three weeks now so next week I will have call myself. Overall it is a good business and nice staff, but need to be more consistent in services provided as well as communication. **updated 2/24** Had to minus another star on the fact that you would have better chances of winning the lottery than getting appointments; Last few times Ive called and been told all schedules are booked until April.
