The Orchards Post-Acute

The Orchards is such a great facility. My mother has lived here for a few months after an accident, and I try to visit her regularly. Every time I come by, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming! The nurses are very attentive and the Administrator checks in all the time with us to make sure I am happy with the Quality of care we are receiving. The building seems to be well taken care of and most importantly my mother is always happy and safe. I couldnt recommend this place enough. They are great!!!!

I do not recommend putting your loved one here! If you must like we did because of insurance then make sure you visit multiple times a day and bring them food!! Dont let them starve with the slop they give them here. Keep on top of their care while here because the staff will not and your loved one will suffer more being here.

My mom brought bed bugs home from this place, came to check on her at 8am and she obviously had not been changed throughout the night because she was soaked in urine all the way up to her pillow. I had to pick her up and put her in her wheelchair so they could change her sheets. Do not leave your loved one here unless you want them to die. The day I brought her home there was a bedbug on her pillow. I threw away all of her Bedding and her mattress that day, and didnt have an issue since Thank God. The food is trash i supervised 8am-8pm every day she was there, it might as well be prison food. It was more stress having my mom there than taking care of her by myself. And the physical therapy is a joke, they have hardly any equipment and the people do the minimum. If you are looking for a rehabilitation center look elsewhere.
