        If I could give 0 stars I would. Branch manager Greg Gasco is highly unprofessional. I gave him 2 chances, the first time he would never pick up the phone and kept avoiding calls. He gave a sob story of why he was unavailable and I gave him the benefit of a doubt. This time around he refused to provide my real estate agent with the DU approval letter. My guess is he promised something in the pre approval letter he wasnt able to actually get. I then receive a call and he said Im dropping your file I just dont want to work with you anymore. No valid reason what so ever. If you work with him good luck. I suggest you choose another lender. Update: I ended up working with Rocket Mortgage and received keys to my new home with a 21 day escrow. Ask for Scott Hammons at rocket mortgage.
