        Wish i could give a 0 star rating. Will not be going back. Unfortunately our vehicles battery died in the middle of the drivethru and we could not get it to start to move it. We were stuck about 25 minutes there when the manager came out saying if we didnt move in the next 5 minutes we would be charged with all the money they were losing. We were doing everything in our hands to move as quickly as we could. I had a panic attack in the middle of the whole situation because i couldnt afford do pay for the lost customers the lady was extremely rude so im done with jack for good Edit: i reached out to them like they said so below but never got a call back like i requested. Jack sucks!
