        This Chipotle is awful. I came at normal dinner time and the food all looked bad like it had been sitting for a long time, nothing looked fresh like I've seen at other Chipotles. The tables are dirty and all the trashcans are full, this Chipotle felt like a run down dump.

        This place is filthy. Every time I've been to this location it smells like old mop water. I have seen the people behind the counter use a bucket full of dirty water with extremely dirty rags to clean the food prep counter. The food here has made me sick more than once. This is the kind of management that is giving Chipotle at large a bad name.

        Chipotle, please fix the end user experience. Your staff was very polite on my last visit; however, using your technology is painful. The desktop browser experience is clunky and your company doesn't check the physical stock that is available when an order is taken. Not only were the drinks I purchased not available when I arrived, but the staff was not able to provide a refund at the restaurant.
