Just had an amazing experience at Finos! Went there to find a suit for my wedding, and boy, was I impressed. The customer service was top-notch, and Jerry was absolutely fantastic to deal with. His knowledge and expertise made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Finos for all your menswear needs!

Great experience!! Even though we were last minute for my sons winter formal, they made it possible and the fit was beyond perfect! I definitely recommend Finos and we will be back!!

My initial impressions were positive but unfortunately, I was disappointed overall with the customer service. Throughout the process of selecting a suit for myself and suits for my groomsmen there was great deal of disorganization. One of my groomsmen went in to get fitted, they said they didnt have his name or contact info, no documentation about him. (After multiple, in-person conversations that throughly went through every wedding party member, name and contact info). After getting all the suits and ties we noticed 3 out of the 5 were completely different shades. I personally brought them back and explained what was going on to the 2 ladies that work there. They said, Its usually the lighting that makes them look different from each other. So I pulled them out and they seen they were in-fact different shades and completely different brands as well, so they got the correct ones. Which is not a big deal and could have been honest mistake, it just cost another trip, after multiple prior ones. Lastly, the first time putting the suit on, getting ready for my wedding, (which was in a couple hours and also very far out of town), my main button breaks off and the string that holds it. We didnt have the time or the supplies to try and fix it. So I took my wedding pictures like that and wasnt able to button my suit the entire night. I attempted to see if I could just return the suit because there was no option to rent that suit it was a purchase only option, according to Jerry. They told me there was nothing they could do. I contacted Jerry multiple times and didnt get a response till almost a week later. (I understand people are busy, but we all are. My family are all business owners and Im in medical school/work full-time at 20). Point is that it took so long for just a response. I finally get a call back and I explain what happened and if there was anyway I could return the suit and get at least half of what I paid, which was $400 cash. What was said to me was that, it was just a button which is an easy fix. I told him I understood that but I paid $400 for a brand new suit and the point was I had to take my wedding pictures with a buttonless suit so can I just return it. ( As I have done in different places so I assumed it was acceptable). I could replace the button but not my wedding day or pictures. He then also said why I didnt get a rental instead. Which I reminded him there was not a rental option for the suit and could only be purchased per you. After the whole conversation he told me, Ill get back with you by the end of the day for sure. (With what he could do because he ordered the suit and would have to ship it back and get his money back). I call 2 times the next week both which were during operation hours. Without exaggeration, 10 days go by and I finally get a call. He tells me that the best he could do was $147. After going back and forth he says, Im not making any money on this, in fact Im losing money man. After my 5 groomsmen paid $200-250 for their in-store suits, my fathers $400-$500 suit, and my $400 suit?? Im just trying to put food on the table just like you, and lastly, if you want I can go to the bank pull out $50 but thats the best I can do. After the huge headache, I finally agreed to the $197. I was very disappointed, not as much with the final agreement but with the attitude, lack of communication, and constant issues that kept happening. (Poor customer service). Especially after my father and I have previously purchased 4-5 suits each, easily totaling around $2,000+ (which I have receipts all for). Despite all the headaches, I told Jerry I appreciated the effort and at least the small amount I got back. All that being said, we will no longer be going there for suits or ties, but wish the best of luck! Hopefully, they are able to have better communication and refine their documentation/operations to provide better customer service.
