I've been coming here for many years. Staff is almost always courteous and efficient. I can only remember a time or two that I have had to growl at one of the intake people for being neglectful or rude. The important part, the medical treatment itself, has most always been helpful. Here's a couple things that need to be tweaked: 1) The scales need to be calibrated. They are weighing around 40 lbs. too much (of course, not less), when I mention that to the intake nurse, they don't care and blow it off. 2) When are they going to redecorate this place? It was at least 50 years out of date when they repainted about 10 years (?) ago. Not that hard to section off and repaint folks. Hopefully a nicer color than Puke Pink. That color is not calming folks, no matter what smoke your interior designer is blowing up your a$$. Try a soft green or a very soft buff yellow. Even a soft turquoise, teal, or yes even pink if it is the right shade. Please, please, pretty please with a cherry on top.

Refused to provide doctors care for broken bone because the one network option doc is on vacation. Denied out of network and refused to provide any in network option. Just suffer until the docs back from Fiji and hope youre good until them! Try Kaiser or anything else available to you.

Two visits within one month.  Staff is excellent.  Considerate and caring.  They kept things moving and they cared for me with expediency and efficiency.  I won't hesitate to return if I need Urgent Care.

Every single phone number on their website says: thank you for calling, if you know the extension please enter it now then hangs up. Good thing im not trying to be a patient there!! I wasted time calling at least 6 different phone numbers, including the one listed in other reviews for customer service and it does the same thing. Id hate to see the kind of care this group offers parents! Absolutely unprofessional, irresponsible, and careless.
