Terrible place to go to. Ended up being lied to and in worse shape then what I went into. Was given medical malpractice services. Now I'm in bed 20 hrs a day. Get out of CA. I don't believe our men were happy getting $29 a month to fight to keep our freedom then get killed

My mother has had excellent care at previous facilities in the state of Washington, since she has came back to California which has not even been 3 weeks yet and I can already tell her health is going to go backwards from dealing with this facility because it is her closest facility. The name of the hospital is a word the staff has no understanding of as the care they provide is damaging to your personal health and requires you to beg for proper care from these supposed professionals. I am beyond upset in an unexplainable manner that one can only feel after all dignity has been ripped from your mother in an attempt to get the care that is not only proper but should LEGALLY be provided as care to any patient ANYWHERE!! To have to beg and teach common decency in the face of ignorance is beyond the scope of patient practitioner relationship for one thing and following having to force someone to treat you properly is always a precursor to worse care when you are dealing with this type of cultural working environment on the hospital floor. This facility is the Bakersfield Downtown facility I am beyond livid and will find the type of assistance to put a stop to these type of practices
