My appointment with Dr. Zeba Yamin was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. and I wouldnt want anyone to have to go though this. Dr. Yamin isnt just in a rush and extremely impersonal. but she was even rude in showing lack of care in listening or helping me with my issues and concerns. Ill never go back to her.

Dr. Kothary is the best and most honest General Practitioner in Bakersfield - as far as I am concerned. I have been seeing him for years, and he is always looking out for my best interest. The only reason he is not getting five stars - He took a position as the CMO at a local hospital, and now he has become so extremely busy that he no longer has very many appointments available for patients with his limited hours.

I'm extremely frustrated with this place. I love Dr Kothary & he has always been an amazing doctor but this place can not get it together with scheduling. I had my doctors appointment Monday at 1:15pm and I connected with a different doctor & she said I wasn't on her roster for an appointment so she couldn't talk to me. But I received the email confirmation and the link so I dont understand why I didn't have an appointment. So I then spoke to the nurse which she was very kind and she said she will have them reschedule me for today at 1:00pm. Never did I receive the email confirmation nor a call to confirm. I then call to see what happened to my appointment and they told me i wasn't scheduled. Like wow, I spoke to 3 people and they still can't get me scheduled. I dont know whats going on but they cannot get it together. I wonder if ill ever get my appointment. I'm so frustrated that I am on the edge to change doctors.

I took my 91 year old mom for an appointment here following a short hospital stay. She saw Phyllis, the NP. She was greeted warmly by the staff, and Phyllis took the time to listen to my moms concerns and answered her questions. My mom is still talking about her nice visit. Well done!
