Clinica Sierra Vista - 34th Street Community Health Center

My sister took her to the dentist who was having a hard time brushing her toddlers teeth (she will fight/scream/kick) but still would brush my nieces teeth twice a day. The dental assistant scoffed at my sister and belittled her saying her partner should hold down the baby while she brushed her teeth. When my sister explained she didnt have a partner, the assistant said of course you dont. Absolutely disgusting coming from a place where they should be serving the community well and with grace. Dont ever take your kids here.

This is one of the worst clinics Ive been Do not waste your time You have appointments And they dont respect that The nurses are talking among each other Then be like oh Hi How can I help you They take long to check you in Thats the reason I came in by 3 My appointment was at 3:25 Its already 4:05 and nothing They told me they have a lot of walk ins Thats not my problem I made my appointment for the same reason They have so many receptionists Yes But only one provider today They said

This place is so damn annoying I waited 4 months for my dental appointment that I made back in October 9 2023 to be seen February 21 just to receive a phone call today February 19 that the doctor is sick!!!!! How the hell is this my problem and why the hell should I have to wait until October to be seen.. mind you WE ARE IN FEBRUARY and October is 8 freaking months away. They shouldnt have a dental location here if this is how they are. I cant believe I couldnt be allowed to be seen by someone else for their mistakes!!!!

Might the doctors be good idk becouse this facility is really hectic & unorganized.Everytime I came here they literally tell you nothing, and send u out your way no paper work ! just a 'we will call you " another time I went they made appointments for me I didn't even know of until I got the missed appointment text message. Not to mention they didn't even call me to tell me my results I had to call them . Don't come here you are better off going to urgent care or another smaller clinica

Horrible clinic, they literally give you a run around, the staff are very rude and disrespectful, I will never go back to them. I don't recommend this place at all
