Praise Insurance

I had insurance for my business somewhere else for almost 10 years. The company recently sent me a non renewal letter. Ive never had a claim yet they kicked me out. Thankfully Victor helped me find Workers Comp, General Liability, Business Auto for my trucks and Building insurance within a week time. Highly recommended them.

The service that was presented to me through the insurance company was second to none. I highly recommend anyone who has a policy snd wants to switch over. Praise Insurance Agency is the one to try out for sure!!!! I appreciate the staff and there professional!!! Keep up the good work thank you all.

They are awesome people who wont do you wrong, they wont lie and give you less just to get you to sign up. (Happened to me before) you cant go wrong with them.

I speak about commercial insurance: I do not recommend doing business with Praise Insurance. In the beginning, Victor was quick to respond and eager to help and i felt like he wanted / worked for my business. By the end he was not. After signing a 1 year agreement and paying in full- over 30k, within weeks after paying he came back and said the policy holder is charging me 6k more! He also started to charge me for any additional COI's. In most cases it would take over a week to get a COI, and several follow up emails asking where it was!! In the trucking world this doesn't work. What really frustrated me in the end and why i started to shop around, i reached out to praise 1-2-3 months prior to my renewal asking for them to start shopping around for renewal rates. Asking for an update every couple weeks. I was told "I will have it before the end of the day" or "I will have it by Thursday" weeks would go by and nothing!! I didn't receive renewal rates until 3 business days prior to cancellation! Essentially staling- leaving me helpless to have to renew with him or stop working. By that point i had already signed with a new company, and im glad i did! Praises renewal quote was over $88 thousand for 3 trucks!! We had no claims.. I went with another local insurance agency in Bakersfield who was able to provide me the same level coverage for only 35k with an A rated company, with no lapse in coverage, provide me unlimited COI's with same day return in most cases. I hate to leave negative reviews with small businesses, but if you're in the trucking business, i would not do business here. Shane
