        Had a great experience with the kids tonight! They love coming up with their own creations! I appreciate the staffs friendliness & patience with the kids constantly changing their mind! I had their new Jello Banana Pudding Signature; my new fave!!! Cant wait for our next visit!!

        It's a typical Cold Stone. Ice cream is usually pretty good (when the freezers are working properly). Service is usually pretty good. 9/28/22 - Ice cream was soupy. 3/10/23 - Freezers are going strong tonight.

        Rosedale location has roaches (I worked here for 1 year) and last time I was here the service was awful. The owner Steve and his daughter Kaitlyn are awful. Completely rude. Expired ice cream as well. Go to Dewars or Handels pls dont support this awful company.
