If I can give no stars I would my mom was in for extreme pain for 2 days just to tell her she is the most healthy person in the hospital. So I rushed her to Cedars-Sinai in Beverly hills where she was admitted in for 30 days doctors couldn't believe what Mercy hospital did? She had to do emergency heart arteries and gastritis. I am putting this hospital under an investigation from hearing multiple complaints from so many of my family members

I was in this hospital for 4 days in emergency room. Tha.n I was taken out and put in room with everyone else leaving me exposed to carona virus the flue and person who snors loud. Never have I ever had such bad treatment in a hospital. Makes me want to check myself out and go home or a different hospital. Ps do your research before coming here. I came for a ulcer and gurd. But feels like I will be leaving with everything else. I will drive to a different city in Pain before I come back here.

Absolute worst hospital experience I've ever had. I checked in at the front, my vitals were taken and I explained what was going on. They told me the wait time was 3-4hrs. I was just traveling through on vacation and said that I could not wait that long. The person at the front encouraged me to visit the triage before I left. I went into the triage and a nurse came out, I explained to her what was going on and she said I would need an ultrasound done. I asked the wait time, she said 3-4hrs. I told her I could not wait that long and I left. 3 months later I received a bill for nearly $400 from the nurse and another bill a month after that from the hospital for another $350. That was just my portion, my insurance covered almost $1800 more on top of that. This place is an absolute scam. I was there for less than 5min in total.
