I went in looking for granite countertops for my bathroom vanity. They have a number of pre-cut 9-ft lengths to choose from, a decent variety of both Natural Stone and synthetics. They are not responsible for fabrication though, so they have a list of local people who can make counters out of the materials that you buy from J Home Improvement. They are not responsible for the workmanship of those counters, and half of the people on their list who I called did not have a voicemail box set up or a current number that worked, which for me was concerning since I want to know what kind of quality I'm going to get with a job is done. It sounds like the Craftsman or a bunch of local guys probably working out of a garage or a storage facility, so if all you need is a stone counter this is a pretty low cost option. If you're picky though, and want to guarantee on the work this is probably not the place for you to go.
