Their tile and stone prices are quite expensive, but unfortunately, my builder has a deal with them so he insisted I use this place.    Went in to purchase some sealer and the guy at the desk was completely ignorant and had no knowledge whatsoever of the matter.  I asked him if there was anyone in the entire building who could answer some questions for me, and he tells me that there is not.   It was obvious the guy at the front desk wasn't normally supposed to be there and was just filling in.  Why would every single knowledgeable person in this place of business not be available to answer a simple question at two in the afternoon on a weekday during normal business hours???   What a complete waste of my time to drive down here.  Seriously, these brick and mortar stores are really going downhill.  Buying online is definitely the way to go with such poorly managed store fronts such as this.

Picking out tile and stone for my pool had me stressed because I had an image of what I wanted and was having trouble finding it. Laurie at Stockdale helped me go throughout the whole store to make sure I was getting exactly what I imagined. So happy with what we chose. She's wonderful and definitely made sure I was taken care of.
