I started therapy with omni. The therapist isnt the problem, she honestly deserves to be in a better office where her skill can actually be used. Omni, as important as mental health is, you'd think you would cater to the patient who pays your bills by using your services, but its very obvious you dont. Your employees are great, they deserve better too. The first and biggest complaint is the fact that you think 20 min. Of therapy bi weekly is going to help anyone. My appointment was at 9am, got checked in after 9:10 and i was checked out at 9:40am. That does not make sense. On top of that, my therapist was too busy with a front desk issue about a different patient during my time. My other problem is the way the rooms are set up. In therapy as a patient, you need to feel comfortable, heard, SEEN. How am i supposed to feel any of those things when im sitting in a plastic chair and my therapist is sitting at a desk behind the computer. I will no longer be using omni. You have made it very clear your aim is to work for yourselves not the patient.

We didnt wait long in the waiting room which was good since she just had surgery and the dr was very nice and explained everything very well
