The staff front and back are nice and my provider Ty is so kind hears my problems and my medication I get it at Panama pharmacy which is a few steps away .

This was my second visit to this location for obgyn. First visit was horrible, as they only have one receptionist who is answering calls and checking in patients. Well this one time the receptionist was on a 10 mins phone call as I was waiting to check in. Once she completed her call, it had been 20 mins over the time limit of 15 mins late allowed to check in according to her. I explained I had been in line before the 15 min late time limit, but she had taken 10 mins on the phone to check me in. Regardless she said with a very rude tone "I would need to rescheduled you"... I then again told her this was not ok , she said she would ask the doctor, she called or so she said, then came back to me and said the doctor also couldn't take me in anymore. Prior to this i Had never had this happened before anywhere else. I rescheduled second time hoping for a better service.on april 3rd. this same receptionist whos name I don't know because she doesn't have a badge on, she has dark long hair and wears alot of eyeliner around her eyes. Second time she also didn't greet me with a welcome or a smile just said, "name?". To be in such position welcoming people I believe she is not fit for. As I was in the waiting room she walked out her position to head outside leaving walking in patience there waiting. Again she is the only one there, maybe she is just stressed and needs someone else there helping her and maybe that will help her attitude towards patience. But that needs to be fix, as first time patients like myself are not happy with customer service and how this receptionist position can set the mood off for the entire visit. Location was obgyn office on Panam lane bakersfield.
