Believe every negative review on here! They are all % accurate. Careless UNPROFESSIONAL service from both the doctor and clueless staff because you can't even call it care! If care is what you're looking for, this is the last place you want to go to. Unless you want to wait 4 to 5 hours for a 5 minute consultation where you'll be told you have a health problem or that sickness comes with age. No, SERIOUSLY. True story! FYI, I have private insurance. Blue Cross PPO, to be exact.

Wait time is ridiculous!!!! I dont know how they manage to stay open. The whole reason for booking an appointment is so that you could be seen at a certain time to not wait at a place all day . Its understandable to wait an extra 15-30 minutes extra but hours is unbelievable. Horrible place

If I was able to leave a 0 star I would . We have requested a note to be written on her findings ..that is based on 1:Diagnosis, 2: Treatment, 3 :Charts/ results . Nothing that she cant do . Instead she is being hesitant and is denying the service so she can schedule yet another appointment.
