Stephanie H. Falk Attorney At Law

Stephanie was appointed by the court to be my children's attorney. She met several times with my ex and wouldn't speak to me. My children told her of abuse and neglect and she failed to protect them. She said my ex was charming. If you want to protect your children and keep them don't use her as your attorney. She is unprofessional.

I am dumbfounded by the unethical behavior and lack of professionalism. Falk endangered my brothers and sisters by placing them back into the house of their abuser because she found him to be charming. She was paid to be an advocate for the children but instead she advocated for the man who bought her pizza and smooth-talked her before meeting with the children. Her preconceptions lead to extreme bias at the expense of the abused and voiceless. She did not bring up the evidence of the childrens abuse and neglect that was submitted to her copious amount of times throughout the multiple trials. She is complicit in any of the abuse that now happens or will happen to my siblings in that mans custody. The negligence is shocking and should discourage anyone considering hiring her.

Listen to the reviews! She is completely unprofessional and will blindside you in court. It’s unfortunate because innocent children and families are being affected negatively and she knows it. In times where she needs to be bias she will twist people’s words and present it to the Court as the truth. It’s truly a shame that you haven’t been held accountable for your unethical practices.

If I could give this lady zero stars I would. All i can say is what a freaking JOKE!!!!! Save your money and don't waste your time with this place. So disorganized and to me she seems like she's had wayyyyy to many drinks. I think she gets her clients mixed up and forgets what she tells them. The communication sucks and she will drop the bomb on you in court that you haven't paid her more money when she never sent out a bill. I've asked for an itemized receipt and they have yet failed yo give us one. I would like to know what my fiancé is paying a thousand dollars for cause she only saw his kids for like 10 minutes and then says they need to see another lawyer. AGAIN please save your money. I have come to realize all these lawyers in Kern county all work together. As a matter of fact find you a lawyer out of town.
