Tony, the owner, is completely out of control!! He loses clients as fast as he loses employees. He cusses like a drunken sailor in front of clients and potential employees. He screams at his employees for his own short comings. He is so unstable, no one will be surprised if he ends up on the news. No employers should risk using Express Pros here in Bakersfield. Its a franchise so any other express would be better. Be aware of Tony and the Bakersfield location!!!! That miserable look on his face in the picture is permanently planted.

This Staffing service has gone through several employees (including myself) within their office due to the mental, hostile, and unhealthy work environment while the owner is present. Most have left due to very unprofessional treatment from the franchise owner. Complaints have been made clear to the head quarters in the past and also the present and still nothing has been done.

The front desk lady always have an attitude they keep telling u they gonna call u back with a job and never calls u back can't get in contact with nobody that can help find a job there seems like all they do is sit in there office and get paid for doing nothing

Denise Redmond is spot on with her review. I recently worked there and due to the out of control behavior by the owner, I had to leave. I feel bad for the other employees there. The owner has lost many clients over his uncontrollable mouth. People need to go to an staffing company where their own employees are treated decent at the very least
