They were able to send an experienced professional right away. He and an apprentice diagnosed the problem with my 1952 solenoid panel right away, ordered and installed the correct replacement part and were just great.   So what's my problem? I live two miles from the shop. The first visit the two were here for almost an hour, the second, thirty minutes. I was charged  six and a half man hours, .the difference is hundreds of dollars. As much as I'm happy with the work, I feel ripped off.

Professional, courteous and excellent customer service. Replaced our 60 year old panel and also did a complete lighting upgrade in our kitchen and living room. Had them come out and install a charger for our electric vehicle, they were quick and took the time to make sure it all looked great.
