I've been going here since 2002 and have no plan of ever going anywhere else. Everyone I've sent to them has nothing but great things to say. Best dry cleaner in all of Bakersfield. Their tailor service is fantastic as well! The owners are super nice!

I always take my dry cleaning to Mr. Cleaners. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. They also know me by my name. The owners are wonderful people.

Dropped off a suit skirt for repair because the hem was unraveling. Did not ask for a dry clean.  When I arrived to pick up the skirt, the woman accosted me for not answering my phone. When I looked at the number she has written down, it was incorrect. She told me she had ripped my skirt but fixed it. She then started talking over me and repeating "$29," prompting me to pay for the skirt. I paid her and THEN she brought my skirt out.  Not only had she made about a three-inch rip up the back vent of the skirt, but then she tried to "patch" it in a way that rendered the skirt unwearable.  On top of this horrendous "tailoring," she continued to charge me for both the hem and the dry clean I didn't ask for. Absolutely awful. Will not return.

Great service, fast and reliable. I had my tuxedo cleaned here, after having my cat fur all over, they were able to get it cleaned with no creases and also help resize it for me as well.
