CVS

The service at the pharmacy is bad, the staff are very unfriendly. A slight change in attitude goes a long way!

Kayla the pharmacist is here So if there was a way to add a 10-star review I would do that also she is always been amazing and anytime we have any questions with other items that are not on our prescription list she is always more than helpful to let us know what will work the best. Currently we had a question about our daughter and she thoroughly showed us which would be best to help her in her certain situation. Kayla has always been the best and never once has let us down. CVS is always been a good pharmacy to go to but Kayla makes it even more awesome.

Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever had experience with. I was told my medication was not in stock but would be the next day. Fast forward, the next day I call and am told its still not in and they dont know when it will be and told me to call around to other CVSs. I informed them Id like to speak to someone higher up, they said Kayla the supervisor would call me back and surprise surprise she hasnt. Absolutely horrible customer service.
