Wonderful dentist, oral surgeon, and overall a great team!! I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the process was seamless! The front office team made the insurance processing and paperwork a breeze and I was handled gently by the doctors. Definitely would recommend, thank you so much Gentle Dental team!

Everyone was friendly, helpful and made sure I understood everything; from treatment to after care at home. They do live up to the gentle in their name.

This office was the worst. From their billing to scheduling and front counter service. They would cancel my appointments the day of making me miss work, bill me before billing my secondary insurance, and they pretty much ghosted me during the pandemic mid-implant treatment stating they didnt have a Dentist and didnt know when they would get one, for over a year. Then out of nowhere i get a collection from them because they kept telling me i still had benefits when i kept questioning them. Come to find out my insurance didnt pay what they thought, like i kept telling them.Their Dental staff is good but the front and back office is why i will not set foot in this companys doors again. Been using them since 2014 since they were Dedicated Dental. Their billers are the absolute worst. Dr Sardarian is good at what she does, but the office staff needs major improvement.
