Bella Risa Dental

Went in with an infection. Have been waiting for approval for over 4 weeks. Many calls. Every time I call they say they don't have approval from my insurance. My insurance is great. It takes one phone call for this approval. They don't want to help anyone...go elsewhere.

WOW!!!!!!!! Where do I begin!!!!!! I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM LAST WEEK. I called this morning to ask the time of my appointment and was told I wasnt scheduled but I was still seen. I went to the place, when I walked in the place was CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL! The staff all around is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! They checked my teeth and told me what was wrong with my teeth. They did my regular cleaning!!!!!!!!! Gave me a goodie bag lol I felt like a kid. I was well taken care of!!!! I was asked if I was okay during my exam. I felt like the lady was my mom doing my regular cleaning!! I love them very much lol!! I was told at other dentists that I had to pay out of pocket but they took care of me with my medical! Also they are getting my work done fast so I could hurry up and get my braces!!!

Dr. Hernández has really gone above and beyond as a provider of excellent dental services. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. The entire staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Every visit has been great.
