    The receptionist seems to lack basic service skills. As a first time patient, I walked in for an emergency check-up. I called a week earlier about this and was told to come in first thing in the morning. I wanted to visit Dr. Quieroz since she was recommended by a family friend.The receptionist gave an attitude and told us to have a seat. She later then asks us from across the counter what was our emergency. We said we had a question for the doctor. She continues to talk across the room asking "what is the question?" First of all, there's people in the room seated that I do NOT want to have that conversation across the room. Secondly, she continued to give an attitude as if she does not want to be there. This did not feel as a friendly welcome to the office as I've heard. The receptionist could have handled this situation much better.

    ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOST UNORGANIZED DENTIST IN BAKERSFIELD!!My experience started here as a walk in. I came July as a walk in because I had a accident & 1 of my front tooth broke. I visited Luciane Queiroz and asked her to please go with my medical because the expense of paying for removal as well as a implant would be too much. She advised after looking at 2 blurry X-ray pictures that I perhaps could save the tooth by bridging it with a sort of brace connecting with my other teeth.. Ok how much is the procedure? $400 out of pocket. I then went and took her advice on getting the brace and right away I noticed the fit was off. Like my teeth don't feel well placed. Remind you this is all not guaranteed but she recommended that the teeth is not in that bad of a shape and it would work. So I got the brace and was scheduled an appointment a month later.I came in a month later and was given more x rays and the outcome of those another Dr that was here said no. Sorry. That teeth and the one next to it are both broken beyond measure. Remind you I thought I had problems with only 1 tooth. Checked cavities. Checked gums. Everything else checked. Luciane Queuroz was not available because she was sick which is why I had to check in with this other doctor. The front seat worker Rose or Rosa said when she is back in office they will give me a call because I preferred her advice at that time to move forward which whatever Decision I make.I get no calls waited for almost a month.No calls. Heck I give them calls.But no answer.Eventually til I came in and told her my problems.She said we have to wait for medical for teeth cleaning. 6-8 weeks time I need to wait longer. Because I didn't want to wait for more procedures out of pocket.I wait. They said there's no update on medical after another month after me calling several more times to get to them. Now remind you it's been 3 months.I called left my voice mails and even came to see them in person but the operation hours set on there front door is completely incorrect. This pace is so unorganized and at this point I was in complete pain and the brace that they put on was falling apart and parts of the brace would give me cuts on top of my lip and my voice mails would say just that and I still don't get responses. I feel Rose/Rosa may not like to deal with conflict especially after keeping things pending for so long.I eventually get a hold of them 4 months on after calling and was able to talk on the phone. What I needed to do and what they had me waiting for Rose says that medical declined me 3x yet I was not called and shared this information.Rose/Rosa lied to me on the phone that on record they had a wrong # of mine which is why they never called me. Even though every time  I called and left voice mails I repeated my # as that's what I was thought to do. Also I have received messages from them in the early days.I came in middle of July for help. It's now Dec, 23. They decided to still not help me and schedule me in even though the whole process of negligence was from there side and they didn't want to correct the errors they made for my well being.THEY DONT CARE. It's all about the money which they keep pushing you early treatment for high prices and won't work with you if you ask for a discount because of the mistakes they made.Please guys do not go here. I've decided to not get any treatment here and I won't be recommending any one here.
