We used a painter from HOUZZ.com. Recently purchased a home and wanted fresh paint. My husband and I have busy lives and could not be at the property 24/7. This painter began to take advantage of that. He started job in February and when March rolled around he had not done much work. He could not complete the job as agreed. The little painting he did do was poor quality. We were alerted by another service professional of the squatting and damage of property. He did not complete one room. He pulled up carpet without our permission. He damaged our floors and stairs. He spilled paint on our master bedroom floor. He vandalized and stole expensive ceiling fans with remotes. Took pictures of our home and placed them on internet. Left urine deposits on all 3 of our toilets in our bathrooms and created an unsanitary living conditions. Words can not described the devastation, damage and cost to get our home back in livable condition. After we were alerted about this painter from another service professional we handled the matter on the spot. My husband and I began to see this man was battling his own issues and needed help. After being alerted to the damage and squatting. We had our locks changed, called the police . Do NOT use this painter! Service: Interior painting
