Called to ask for info to check if he takes my insurance and he has an attitude. Not getting my business.

I am in total shock right now! Being a new patient, I wanted to call and speak with Dr. Clerico to see if he would be a good fit for a family member. The phone rang about 8 times before anyone picked up. Finally, Dr. Clerico answered the phone and literally said, "Hello, how can I help you?" Not, "Hello, this Dr. Clerico or Clerico Chiropractic." Not know if I had misdialed and had gotten a different establishment, I asked for clarification. He abruptly answered and confirmed I called the right place. Then he rudely said, "You need to get to the point because I am with a patient." Wow, really?!!! I explained that I wanted to ask some questions to see if he would be a good fit but see that I have gotten him at a bad time. He just abruptly said good-bye without even offering to call back. Needless to say, I will not have family member be treated by Dr. Clerico. So glad I called first which I typically do because you can learn a lot about a doctor or facility by how they conduct themselves on the phone.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He is so nice and caring! I feel like a totally different person when i walk out! And the 30 minute massage is breathtaking!
