I made appt, went in receptionist was coughing an it was plane to see she was very sick , I didn't even finish check in form. Told her I wasn't staying an she should cover her mouth when coughi g. I left, she has no business at work dealing with the public.

After 5 days of my neck and back hurting where even Ibuprofen 800 was not working I went in to see Dr. Sparks. I received muscle work and adjustments and after a few day of going in I finally got some relief. And everyone is so kind in the office and a very clean office.

I was pleasantly surprised at Dr. Sparks transparency and thoroughness. I hobbled in with a tweaked lower back some weeks ago. His initial assessment was honest, his approach straightforward and his staff/office extremely efficient and friendly. Today, I am 100% satisfied with the treatment that I have received. After trusting his practice and aftercare advice, my lower back pain is practically non-existent. 5/5 for their professionalism and effectiveness

Please be careful when being seen by this provider. They will not follow your insurance guidelines & will over charge you. When I caught on to the situation & questioned their charges that did not coordinate with my explanation of benefits they basically ghosted me and have yet to give me a response. Its been months since I first inquired about the issue. It worries me that they are taking advantage of people who disregard their explanation of benefits from their insurance & are being over charged. Their billing coordinator Monica has yet to give me a call even though I have left her voicemails and contacted the office multiple times asking for an answer. They wont even release to me my patient statements from all of my visits even after I requested it. Its a shame they have such a horrid billing department because the Doctor is great.
