        I waited for almost an hour inside of T-Mobile. Yes, the one off California and Real. I was just trying to add Wi-Fi box to my account that I already have. They told me they needed an ID I dont carry my wallet I had just got off of work Im tired. I could provide my ID number, my Social Security number, my date of birth. I could show them my T-Mobile account on my phone.. She said she couldnt help me and I waiting for literally almost an hour. It wouldve been an hour within 5 minutes. The service is terrible and Im highly irritated, because I never experienced this at T-Mobile. Ill never go back here and I might end my whole T-Mobile Experience after this. I deal with chronic sciatic nerve, so yes. Im pissed off. Sitting and waiting after work tired as heck. Then this happens. Disappointing. Yall are so slow. Literally.
