Went into this location and was helped by the best representative there!! The manager Janae was very helpful in getting my childrens phones lines back in service after a very difficult time dealing with the phone agents!! She is always very friendly and makes sure you always leave the store a happy customer.. kudos to her for know her products and customer service!!!

Went in to see about changing services and was greeted by Silvia, Joanna and her team. Such great customer service had the best experience ever!! Switch from Verizon to cricket 4 phones in less than 1 hour. The girls had me in and out in no time.. excited to start saving money Verizon was a arm and a leg thanks girl appreciate all the help

I went to buy a phone and the girl was eating a burger and she told me to wait. Until she finished eating I asked her to transfer my information to me and she told me that it wasn't just the short girl with dark skin that I lost everything.
